Lauren Sheridan

Lauren Sheridan grew up in the Glendale/La Crescenta area, learning to swim at a young age. She followed her older siblings into club swimming at the La Canada YMCA, Rose Bowl Aquatics Center, and Swim Pasadena before attending a water polo clinic at the age of 12. She has loved the sport since. She went on to swim and play water polo at Crescenta Valley High School and Cal State Northridge, before taking a break from the sport to focus on her career. She saw a group playing during a workout at the Santa Clarita Aquatics Center, joined in, and has been playing with the team since.  Lauren is an annual competitor and fundraiser for the Nautica Malibu Triathlon, raising funds for Children's Hospital Los Angeles, and frequent open ocean swimmer.
